Countdown to the NFL season

January 20, 2017

The best part of the betting season gets underway this Thursday as the Denver Broncos, defending champions host the Carolina Panthers in a rematch of last year Super Bowl.

CappersMall.com, a sports handicapping message board has built a reputation over the internet of offering the best handicapping contests around.

From free contests to buy-in contests of all sizes get underway starting Thursday.

The newest contest this year in the forum is the High Roller Survivor which is the same game as regular survivor with much bigger stakes. High Rollers put up $500 to play. What makes this contest different is the first entry out and the runner up to the winner will win their $500 entry back. The winner will take the rest of the pool which is expected to be a $10k prize. The tiebreakers for the first out and runner up, if needed, will feature a survivor contest within the big game.

Regular survivor is still available and going on the 12th year at cappersmall. Buy-in is $50 and the entire grand prize goes to the winner. Currently the prize pool is close to $5,000 with a late rush expected this week according to Jack, who runs the popular betting forums.

The NFL pick 5 which mirrors a lot of the Westgate Supercontest is also back. The prize pool has already surpassed the total numbers from last year and with a late rush this contest could end up with a $30k prize pool. The top 9 will receive cash prizes for this fantastic contest.

There is more than season contests as cappersmall offers weekly confidence pools. While this contest is less popular than the main big money pools, the confidence pool is a great way to compete one week or every week. The buy-in is $50 and first week is up to $800 as of this writing.

The best free contest on the internet is the 15th year for the NFL Best Damn Capper. Players pick their 3 best bets against the spread all season long. Prizes include a Sony Experia tablet, a Amazon echo, Apple TV and plenty of other gift cards. This contest also has added bonus prizes for random weeks to keep things interesting for those who has fallen out of running for the top 10 prizes.

The betting forum at cappersmall is a lot more than contests. The most popular sections are the NFL forum and college football forums will be loaded with daily information, betting trends, an entire thread dedicated to the Westgate SuperContest and much more.

If fantasy football is your game then cappersmall offers a section forum on just fantasy sports. There you can find DFS season contests, plenty of weekly contests for all sizes including free and plenty of fantasy football fun and predictions

Stop by the mall today before you make that wager and join the community of bettors that are always welcoming new gamblers each and every week.
