In order to keep regulars loyal and attract new customers, Castle has transformed its loyalty scheme. The new ‘Royalty Club’ is a tiered comp programme, offering better and better perks as they advance from ‘squire’ level, all the way up to ‘King’ or ‘Queen.’
Rewards include free entry to monthly raffles, a personal account manager and up to 12.5% cashback on losses.
